We aim to offer our customers the best service possible when shopping with us at our unique shop. We aim to keep you up-to-date every step of the way with your purchase. We aim to provide shipping confirmation within 3/5 business days.
Please allow 2/3 business days for personalised items to be customised prior to shipping.
We offer a tracked delivering service to allow you to track your parcel at your convenience.

Returns
We offer a refund on non-personalised items within 7 days. Unfortunately items made to customers specification are unable to be re-sold, therefore a refund will not be offered unless the item has been damaged during shipping. If your product is damaged during shipping then you will be asked to provide us with photographic evidence to send to the shipping company.

Personalised items
The process of ordering a personalised item from us:

You choose your item.

You confirm your chosen wording.

You chose your coloured text.

You chose your font.

We provide you with a proof copy of your design before it going to print.

Once you have confirmed you are happy with everything in the proof your chosen design will then be sent to print. After designs have been agreed via email unfortunately refunds will not be issued.
